I ordered a dozen roses with additional flowers within the bouquet for our anniversary. The flowers looked dark and tired. The next day, the rose were wilted and the other flowers looked very dry. I called Rainbow Florist explained the situation to the man who answered. Without hesitation, he told me he would send out another bouquet and to give the old bouquet to his delivery guy to advise his distributor of the type of flowers I received.
